The consultation fee is non-refundable and is due prior to scheduling the consultation. We will only schedule a consultation if we believe we can provide assistance.

If an individual fails to attend the consultation without prior notice, it is at the sole discretion of XKM Law, LLC whether the consultation can be rescheduled with the same fee.
